Ingredients

Raw mangoes (sour) – 250 gm
Salt – As reqd
Kashmiri chilly powder – 2 tbsp
Fenugreek seeds
(roasted and powdered) – 5 gm
Asafoetida(Kayam)
(roasted and powdered) – 5 gm
Water – As reqd
(boiled and cooled)

Preparation

1)Finely chop the raw mangoes.

2)Mix it together with all the rest of the ingredients.

3)Keep it for sometime.
