Ingredients

Lemon(not lime)(Naaranga) - 4 cups
(cut into pieces)
Salt - 2 tbsp
Chilly powder - 2 tbsp
Fenugreek(Uluva) powder - 2 tsp
Asafoetida(Kayam) powder - 1 tsp
Green chillies - 1/2 cup
(cut into small pieces)
Water - 1 3/4 cups
Oil - 3 tbsp

Preparation

1)Mix lemon pieces and chilly pieces together.

2)Mix all the spices together.

3)Heat oil in a pan.

4)Add the spices and fry. Make sure it does not get burnt.

5)Add water and bring it to a boil.

6)Once it starts to boil well, keep boiling for about 30 seconds and switch off the flame.

7)Add lemon and chilli pieces and mix well.

8)Cover and allow it to cool.
